Arrival of horses (all participating horses and training horses)
• all horses must be examined by a vet upon arrival
• after unloading horses and tack lorries must be parked outside the stable area (Areal L)
• Non-competing horses must also be FEI registered and are only allowed to be brought upon prior request (FEI ID must be send in advance to
stablemanager@chioaachen.de)
Construction Site
• As you may know in preparation for the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026 this summer we are building a new stable for 200 horses with 3x4 m boxes.
• We kindly ask for your understanding that the constructions will go on during the show and there will be noise from the construction site.
• We are working very closely with the contractors to minimize disruption during the ongoing show.
Electricity plug-in passes
• will be issued upon arrival
• please book your electricity plug-in pass via HippoBase or request via email in advance
• Costs: 100 €
Horse Health Requirements of the FEI must be fulfilled
•
enter horse temperature in the FEI horse app three days prior arrival•
submit Horse Health Self-Certification Form on the day of arrival• enter horse temperature two times a day during the show
• ATTENTION: this must also be done for the non-competing horses that are stabled
Health Papers (Health certificates for an equine animal movement to another EU Member state in TRACES)
• Certificates are valid for ten days
• According to the schedule TRACES and Health papers will be charged with 100 € via your show account
• Horses travelling from/to Germany DO NOT need a certificate
• If you are travelling to the UK you need new health papers in anyway
• If you need a NEW certificate, pleas fill out

• Non-competing horses must always wear their head numbers when leaving their stable
• Head numbers can be found on the box sign
• Non-competing horses are only allowed to be ridden during training times indicated as “Training – all riders” in the official schedule
Own CCTV in the stables
• Anyone wishing to install a camera in their horse's box must first send
this form (please click) to the FEI• Once approval has been granted by the FEI, please send it by email to stablemanager@chioaachen.de and be prepared to show it to the stewards on request
• The camera may only film the horse's box (not the stable aisle or other boxes)
Freestyle music• All athletes opting for freestyle please send the freestyle music directly to
dressage@eqmd.de until Wednesday 08/04/2026; 07.00 pm the latest.
Human Physiotherapy treatment room
• All athletes can book a treatment bed for physical therapy with their own physiotherapist in room 8 under the south grandstand of Stadium 2, opposite the outdoor catering area
• Each treatment session lasts a maximum of 30 minutes
• Two treatment beds are available in the room and can be used simultaneously
Classification• Classification will be done in room 8 on Wednesday, April 8 between 8 am to 3 pm – depending on the number of participants
Wristbands• Hand-out at the showoffice
• three per athlete + two per horse (purple)
• grant access to the stable area and training areas
• only athletes will receive a pink colored wristband that allows to enter the stable are with a motorized vehicle, electronic step, etc.

CateringOur caterer will provide two catering areas:
• Outside catering area with coffee, snacks and drinks 1 h prior the 1st competition and for lunch time the food truck with fries and salads will open
• Inside the “Stables’ Inn” warm lunch will be offered as a buffet and can be paid directly in the restaurant
• Inside Stadium 2 you can find a tent where drinks can be bought. Access and seating is free for everyone
Dogs• Please keep dogs on a leash in the entire Allianz Park
• Please clean up after your dog immediately
