Stables
- The horses will be stabled in the permanent stables
- Horses may not be unloaded without the authorisation of the veterinarian in charge and the stable crew. Therefore, please only arrive at the specified times mentioned.
- Additional horses can not be stabled!
- Departure:
Horses must leave the stables the latest on Sunday, June 29th at 21.00h. Should a departure not take place to the above-mentioned time, we may need to move the horses on Sunday evening in another box. On Monday morning we expected the arrival of the horses competing in the 2nd week and we must clean and disinfect the stables overnight.

You can book training times on Thursdays between 10.30am and 9pm. Please ask your Chef d'Equipe to add the training times in the showoffice upon arrival.
Payments
- Entry fees, distribution of Prizes and Indemnities are administered by EventClearing.
- Please make sure to update the personal profile of the vaulter on app.eventclearing.lu

Health Papers (Health certificates for an equine animal movement to another EU Member state in TRACES):
- Certificates are valid for ten days
- According to the schedule TRACES and Health papers will be charged with 75 € via your show account
- Horses travelling from/to Germany DO NOT need a certificate
- If you are travelling to the UK you need new health papers in anyway
- If you need a NEW certificate, pleas fill out this form AT THE LATEST Wednesday, Julne 26, 2025

Horse Health Requirements of the FEI must be fulfilled:
- Enter horse temperature in the FEI horse app three days prior arrival
- Submit Horse Health Self-Certification Form on the day of arrival
- Enter horse temperature two times a day during the show
Forbiddance of dogs
Dogs are strictly prohibited on the entire showground, the stable area and the cross-country and marathon course!
