A central refrigerated container will be available (next to the consteed Grooms & Vet Lounge beside Stable 4).
Each athlete will be allocated one individual, clearly marked compartment.

Shuttle service

Airport shuttle: A shuttle service for competitors and Chef d’Equipes from the airports Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf (not Düsseldorf-Weeze) and Maastricht/Aachen (NED) will be provided. Your airport shuttle must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail shuttle@chioaachen.de
Hotel shuttle (official CHIO Aachen hotels): A shuttle service from the hotel to the showground and back will be provided from Monday, June 30th until Sunday, July 06th, daily between 06:30 – 00:30 hours.
Mercedes-Benz shuttle (only for competitors, Chef d’Equipes and team assistants): In addition, our official Mercedes-Benz shuttle service from the showground to the hotels and back can be requested via telephone number +49 241 9171 214. The Mercedes-Benz shuttle service is located in the subterranean garage east of Areal C (Tivoli stadium).

Health Papers (Health certificates for an equine animal movement to another EU Member state in TRACES):

Certificates are valid for ten days
According to the schedule TRACES and Health papers will be charged with 75 € via your show account
Horses travelling from/to Germany DO NOT need a certificate
If you are travelling to the UK you need new health papers in anyway
If you need a NEW certificate, pleas fill out this form AT THE LATEST Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Horse Health Requirements of the FEI must be fulfilled (all international horses and national stabled horses):

Enter horse temperature in the FEI horse app three days prior arrival
Submit Horse Health Self-Certification Form on the day of arrival
Enter horse temperature two times a day during the show

22:00:00	22:40:00	S15	Explanation Combined jumping, eventing and driving competition. A team of one jumping riders, one eventing rider and one four-in-hand driver enters the arena together. The eventing athlete starts first and jumps a course of approx. 12 XC type obstacles (two-three knockable obstacles). When he/she crosses the finish line the jumping athlete of the team starts and jumps a course of eight obstacles. In the meantime the eventing rider dismounts his/her horse and the horse is brought outside of the arena by the groom. The eventing rider walks on foot to the finish line of the jumping course. As soon as the jumping rider has crossed the finish line the eventing athlete runs to the drivers’ waiting area and mounts the carriage. The carriage driver must then drive an obstacle course with cones and Marathon-type obstacles. The time is taken from the moment the first athlete crosses the starting line until the driver passes the finishing line. Penalty seconds occurred by the eventing athlete are added to the total time of the team before the jumping rider starts. The team with the fastest time wins (conversion of penalties into seconds – three seconds for a knock-down / six seconds for a disobedience and time penalties if the optimum time is not reached (eventing)).
